TyresNmore Opens First Physical Store in Bengaluru

TyresNmore, the automotive aftercare and e-commerce platform owned by RPG Group, has launched its first physical retail experience centre in Kasavanahalli, Bengaluru, marking a key expansion from online into offline retail. The new facility complements TyresNmore’s well-established doorstep tyre and auto services by offering a brick-and-mortar space for customers to visit in person.

At the Bengaluru centre, vehicle owners can browse a wide selection of tyre brands, including CEAT, Apollo, Goodyear, and JK Tyres, along with batteries from Amaron and Exide and premium alloy wheels. The shop also provides advanced automotive services such as precision wheel alignment, road force balancing, and nitrogen tyre inflation, delivered using specialised equipment by trained technicians.

TyresNmore’s CEO, Rakesh Tatikonda, noted that entering physical retail is a natural evolution of the company’s strategy to enhance customer experience by blending digital convenience with in-store consultations and services that require specialised tools and personalised advice. This move builds on TyresNmore’s online successes in major Indian cities and brings its customer-first approach into a hands-on retail environment.

Editor’s View: What This Means for the Tyre Industry

The opening of TyresNmore’s first physical store reflects a broader trend in the tyre industry toward omnichannel retailing, where online platforms extend into offline spaces to capture direct consumer engagement. For tyre makers and retailers, having both online reach and physical experience centres can improve brand visibility and trust, while giving customers confidence in product selection and technical services like alignment and balancing that are best judged in person.

As the tyre aftermarket becomes more competitive, especially in urban hubs like Bengaluru, companies that bridge digital convenience with physical service quality are likely to stand out. This shift also signals to traditional dealers that hybrid retail models are combining e-commerce with physical touchpoints will play an increasing role in how customers buy tyres and related automotive products.
