Ferrari Targets AI Generation with Crypto Auction for Le Mans Car
Ferrari is venturing into the crypto-luxury space by launching a digital token called Token Ferrari 499P. The token will be available exclusively to members of its elite “Hyperclub,” a 100-member community of endurance-racing enthusiasts.
The initiative allows members to trade tokens and bid for the Ferrari 499P, the race car that secured three consecutive wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The auction is scheduled to coincide with the start of the 2027 World Endurance Championship.
This marks Ferrari’s broader strategy to engage younger, tech-driven buyers who are drawn to AI, crypto, and alternative investments. The company already accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDC for car purchases in the U.S. and Europe.
In essence, Ferrari is merging racing heritage with digital innovation, turning one of its most iconic cars into a blockchain-era collectible.
