Rubber King Tyres Launches Heavy-Duty Emperador and Mighty Midas Tyres at EXCON 2025

Rubber King heavy-duty tyres took centre stage at EXCON 2025, South Asia’s largest construction equipment show in Bengaluru, with the launch of two new products aimed at tough jobsite demands. Machine Maker

The company introduced the 19.5R24 Emperador pneumatic tyre, engineered for mixed terrains with improved grip, a strengthened casing, and a durable tread pattern that promises extended service life and reduced downtime. Built to meet international benchmarks and REACH compliance, Emperador also aligns with the performance expectations of Indian OEMs supplying machinery to global markets.

Alongside it, Rubber King rolled out the 12.00-24 Mighty Midas solid tyre, designed for extreme-duty work where impact resistance and abrasion protection are critical. With a puncture-free build, specialised tread design, and an aperture structure suited for demanding mining operations, Mighty Midas is positioned to deliver reliable performance in heavy applications.

Rubber King reinforced its standing in specialised tyre segments by highlighting that it remains the only Indian company manufacturing solid tyres for boom lift applications. Its flagship Dunamis Solid Tyre range continues to set industry benchmarks and is backed by India’s first-ever 5,000-hour warranty.

Visitors at Booth E-143 could see live demonstrations, review detailed specifications, and speak directly with technical experts. Rubber King emphasised that both new tyres are designed with a focus on durability, safety, and extended operational reliability — critical factors for construction and mining equipment tyres.

At a time when infrastructure and mining activities are accelerating across India and neighbouring regions, Rubber King heavy-duty tyres step into a competitive spotlight. The introduction of Emperador and Mighty Midas reflects a broader shift within the tyre industry toward application-specific innovation, where performance under extreme conditions matters as much as longevity. Choosing the right tyre is not a luxury in heavy-duty segments; it directly influences equipment uptime, operational cost, and safety on site.

Rubber King’s renewed focus on rugged pneumatic and solid tyres for mixed and severe terrains positions it not just as a domestic contender, but as a serious global supplier. The emphasis on robust casing, puncture resistance, and international compliance highlights a trend that tyre buyers in construction and mining don’t just want products, they want solutions that last. The fact that solid tyres with a 5,000-hour warranty are now coming from an Indian brand signals confidence in domestic manufacturing quality and technical depth.

With competitors also launching new OTR solutions at EXCON, such as JK Tyre’s expanded OTR range, the heavy-duty tyre market is heating up. India’s tyre makers are increasingly tailoring products to exact applications rather than offering one-size-fits-all options. For fleets and equipment owners, this means better performance, longer life, and, ultimately, stronger returns on tyre investment.
